Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. + PARKING a) Reserved Parking: We offer parking in a reserved private parking lot near the property. The rate is $15/day and a flat rate of $55 for 4 nights or more. In order to use this option, we collect your vehicle information and collect payment before check-in. If you try to park in the lot without paying, your vehicle will be towed by the Lot Owner. b) Metered Street Parking: We recommend guests find parking on Elm St as there is usually lots of parking available.
