I liked this spot so much the first time, I booked it again. Its clean, in an accessible neighborhood, and is hands down the best value for any one bedroom apartment in and around Cincinnati. I visit semi regularly and will continue to book this place if its available. It could use a small dresser/clothes storage and some more bathroom surface storage.

Great stay in Over the Rhine Cincinnati. Bonus that it was only a few blocks from our daughter's home. We were in Cincy over the BLINK festival so evenings were pretty lively (although very quiet once the event was over) but the host provided a sound machine and great earplugs. Everything is as described and photos are true to our experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, across from TQL Stadium, near amazing food in OTR/Findlay Market, and a short walk only from Paul Brown Stadium and GABP for Bengals and Reds games (I went for a Bengals game). Close to everything, nice apartment and layout, good facilities, scenic views from the apartment, next to the streetcar, and the people running the property were very friendly! I loved just about everything about this property; the only things on my end were a) the black couch in the living room was uncomfortable and fell apart if you sat on it, I would consider replacing it for a more comfortable sofa and b) I never experienced any issues, and OTR is beautiful, but definitely keep switched on when walking about at night (not property managers fault). Other than that, elite property can’t recommend enough

It was nice and very comfortable… extra plus is this beauty is less than 5 minute walking distance from a popular restaurant and a short drive to Paycore stadium. There wasn’t nothing not to like about the stay.

We stayed for a month and had a great experience. The apartment worked perfectly for us: it was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location, just one block from Vine Street and close to most OTR and downtown attractions. There are buses nearby, so getting around without a car is easy. We felt safe both in the apartment and while walking around, even late at night when going out to bars and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Noise was minimal. We only noticed some during weekends, but it was manageable even for us as late night sleepers. Things usually quieted down by around 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Nina was a great host, always available and extremely responsive, replying right away to any questions we had. We had an issue with the front gate, and she quickly helped us resolve it via text. Overall, no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment in the centre of trendy downtown. Just off vine street with great shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the popular Findlay market Can be noisy on a Friday night but not unpleasant

The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout the stay. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the market, excellent restaurants, and parks. It’s also just steps from the free Connector trolley, making it easy and affordable to explore the area. Nothing.

I loved the location I was working a few minutes away so it was a convenient place to come reset for the next day. Very well thought out space I really enjoyed it.
