In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. Make sure the front door and back door is locked securely. * We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight. No outside visitors are allowed in the space. We will charge an unauthorized guest fee and report to the platform for any violations. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * No pets are allowed. There is a pet fee of $500 per unauthorized pet. * There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO WEAPONS on or inside the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 8a) during your stay. If evidence of any partying is found, we will immediately request a $1000 party fee through the Resolution Center. * Early check-in (up to 2pm) and late checkout (up to 1pm) is an additional fee of $25 * Report damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee and we will ask for early termination of your stay. ANY BREAKING OF HOUSE RULES WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND PRESENTED TO THE PLATFORM AS PART OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND $0 REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to the platform agreement.

You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. The apartment door has a Schlage electric lock and you will be provided with a code which will be valid for the duration of your stay. Guests have full access to the first-floor apartment, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, workspace and dining area.
