Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. + PARKING a) Reserved Parking: We offer parking in a reserved private parking lot near the property. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The building entry door and unit door all must be securely closed by you. * We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight guests. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * No pets allowed. * There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO WEAPONS on or inside the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 8a) during your stay. * Early check-in and late checkout are available for a fee. * Report damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. * For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to the platform agreement.

I came to visit my son who lives in the area and I will definitely be staying here again. It was very clean and walkable. If you are coming for an FC Cincinnati game you couldn't pick a better place, you can see the stadium from the front door. Nina had said you can experience street noise but that was not an issue for us. It rained during our stay so possibly you get some street noise when the weather is nice but the bedroom is in the back so it seemed quiet. I highly recommend staying here and reserving the parking they have available.

I loved this chic, stylish, cozy apartment place. It was perfect for our stay! I loved the the area, so close to cute shops and eateries. Easy to walk and scoot around. The apartment was clean and spacious. The Air Conditioning worked well, loved having access to a Washer & Dryer. Our Hosts Nina and her crew were very communicative and helpful. We will be back in Cincinnati and looking forward to booking again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. The host was responsive and made check-in simple and stress-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and nearby attractions. The space itself felt well maintained and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how organized everything was upon arrival. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cincinnati and would consider staying here again in the future.

Our stay at Nina’s AirBnB was amazing. From the get go, communication was clear and friendly. Instructions on checking in and out were sent in advance in a step by step format, making it easy to understand. The location is right in the mix of OTR, being walkable to everything while giving a few blocks of distance from the main areas of business so it is nice and quiet at night. It’s within a beautiful neighborhood with Findley Market, Vine street shops and restaurants, and many other nearby to check out! The stay itself is cute and comfortable while also having everything you may need. I like that Nina is very responsive and proactive. We did not have any issues during our stay but she checked in on a few occasions to see how everything was going and if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. When I’m looking for stays in the future, I’ll be checking to see if she has any in the area!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The standout feature is definitely the location—it’s incredibly convenient to local sports arenas and tons of great food options nearby. The home itself felt very new and well-maintained, with a really nice interior that made it comfortable to relax in. The host was excellent—super communicative and always responded within about 10 minutes, which made everything smooth and easy. The kitchen was also well stocked, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a really nice place and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Staying at Nina’s is always a great experience. The space is easy to find, in a super walkable area, and conveniently located near the streetcar, which makes getting around simple. Everything is always clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Communication is smooth every time, and it’s consistently a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely keep booking whenever I’m in town.
