In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The building entry door and unit door all must be securely closed by you. * We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight guests. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * No pets allowed. * There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO WEAPONS on or inside the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 8a) during your stay. * Early check-in and late checkout are available for a fee. * Report damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. * For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to the platform agreement.
