+ Unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. + Some street noise may occur due to the prime location in downtown OTR. + The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. + NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes). Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. + PARKING Ideally, if you can use car share (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc), public transportation or the free light rail, that would be best. Parking can be challenging in the area. There is metered street parking as well as paid parking lot options in the area. We advise all guests not to ever park in the lot that is right next to the property. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front gate, building entry door, and unit doors must all be securely closed by you. * No pets allowed. This is a pet-free home. If a pet is brought into this home there will be a $200 fee added for additional cleaning. * Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building (there's a $1000 fee for evidence of smoking). Please do not open windows in the common area. * No parties or events of any kind are allowed. * Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 (10pm) to 08:00 (8am) every day. * Only the guests listed on your reservation are allowed in the unit. No visitors are permitted at any time. A violation of this house rule will result in a $75 per person unauthorized guest fee that will be charged as a penalty. * No third-party bookings allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The individual making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and at least 23 years old. * No weapons or illegal substances are permitted anywhere on or inside the property. * Please report any damages immediately so we can address them promptly. * For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to the platform agreement. We stayed for a month and had a great experience. The apartment worked perfectly for us: it was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location, just one block from Vine Street and close to most OTR and downtown attractions. There are buses nearby, so getting around without a car is easy. We felt safe both in the apartment and while walking around, even late at night when going out to bars and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Noise was minimal. We only noticed some during weekends, but it was manageable even for us as late night sleepers. Things usually quieted down by around 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Nina was a great host, always available and extremely responsive, replying right away to any questions we had. We had an issue with the front gate, and she quickly helped us resolve it via text. Overall, no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay.

Be sure to check out the STREET CAR! It's free public transportation that will transport you to some of the most popular places in Cincinnati! The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of OTR and is a very walkable neighborhood. ✓ A short walk to the free Connector Light Rail stop at Liberty and Elm St ✓ 0.2mi to 16 and 19 buses, stop at Liberty and Sycamore St ✓ The Garage OTR - bike and segway rentals ✓ Uber and Lyft car shares available Parking Options You may park on the street (pay attention to the parking rules) or in the paid lots nearby. There are two paid parking lots directly behind the building, accessible off of Vine St and Walnut St. DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT NEXT TO THE BUILDING. Previous guests do not recommend it for overnight parking. We recommend parking in a monitored lot or garage then use Uber or Lyft to get around. Additional Notes - Walking: highly walkable for downtown, OTR and many restaurants/venues within a 5–15 minute walk. - Streetcar: the Cincinnati Connector (downtown/OTR loop) has nearby stops that serve the Banks, Central Business District and Over‑the‑Rhine. - Bus: SORTA Metro bus routes run on the downtown grid (multiple routes on 12th/14th/15th streets and Central Parkway). - Ride‑share/taxis: Uber/Lyft and local taxis are plentiful and work well for short hops or late–night trips. - Bike/scooter: bike lanes and dockless scooters/bikes operate in downtown with many short‑term rental stations. - Parking: on‑street meters and several nearby parking garages; some units/buildings may offer assigned parking but expect pay garages for visitor parking.
