After 5pm, you may look for metered parking around the block. There are also nearby parking lot options in the area: - Two lots directly behind the building, off of Vine St and Walnut St - Ziegler Parking Garage at 1322 Sycamore St - NOTE: Do not park in the parking lot directly next to the building. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front gate, building entry door and unit doors all must be securely closed by you. * We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight. Violation of this rule will result in early termination of stay without a refund. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * Pet Policy: No pets allowed. There is a pet fee of $500 per unauthorized pet. * There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO WEAPONS on or inside the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 7a) during your stay. If evidence of any partying is found, we will immediately request a $1000 party fee through the Airbnb Resolution Center. * Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional fee. It must be confirmed by us first. * Report damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, we will request cancelation of your reservation. ANY BREAKING OF HOUSE RULES WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND PRESENTED TO AIRBNB AS PART OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND $0 REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to Airbnb agreement.

The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of OTR and is a very walkable neighborhood. ✓ A short walk to the free Connector Light Rail stop at Liberty and Elm St ✓ 0.2mi to 16 and 19 buses, stop at Liberty and Sycamore St ✓ The Garage OTR - bike and segway rentals ✓ Uber and Lyft car shares available Parking Options You may park on the street (pay attention to the parking rules) or in the paid lots nearby. There are two paid parking lots directly behind the building, accessible off of Vine St and Walnut St. DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT NEXT TO THE BUILDING. Previous guests do not recommend it for overnight parking. We recommend parking in a monitored lot or garage then use Uber or Lyft to get around.
