Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. + PARKING There’s paid street meter parking from 9a - 5p, Monday-Friday. After 5pm, you may look for metered parking around the block. There are also nearby parking lot options in the area: - Two lots directly behind the building, off of Vine St and Walnut St - Ziegler Parking Garage at 1322 Sycamore St - NOTE: Do not park in the parking lot directly next to the building. There are two paid parking lots directly behind the building, accessible off of Vine St and Walnut St. DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT NEXT TO THE BUILDING. Previous guests do not recommend it for overnight parking. We recommend parking in a monitored lot or garage then use Uber or Lyft to get around.
