+ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. + NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. This includes no smoking on the back patio also. It disturbs the neighbors. + NEIGHBORS - the unit is located on the basement level of a 4-story building. The other units are occupied by tenants. I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and proactive with their communication, which made everything smooth and easy. The place was simple to navigate and in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean, peaceful, private, and had everything I needed - including convenient laundry access. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A lot to love from the bathrooms walkin shower to the kitchen throwback fridge looking like icebox made me think of my grandparents to the patio and the view the sunrise would lock you in stop and stare night lights downtown great to see. Walk at Eden park was nice quiet and peaceful I highly recommend any place hosted by Nina but this one has a special twist with that view

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here! Fantastic hosts and the space was cozy, super clean, and had everything I needed. The view was great, and the location couldn’t be better if you're looking to visit downtown or even Newport. It's in a nice area within walking distance to restaurants and live music. Check-in and check-out were easy with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at Nina’s place. Going to sleep with the skyline view and waking up to it was wonderful. The location is perfect - so close to downtown but also feels as though you are far enough way to enjoy the serene area that is Mt Adams.
