Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. + PARKING a) Reserved Parking: We offer parking in a reserved private parking lot near the property. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front gate, building entry door and unit doors all must be securely closed by you. * We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and, respect for our neighbors and the sanity of our cleaners. * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight. We do not allow visitors of any kind outside of the reservation. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * Pet Policy: No pets allowed. There is a pet fee of $500 per unauthorized pet. * There is absolutely NO smoking, drug use or weapons allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 8a) during your stay. If we find evidence of having a party, we will request a $1000 fee through the resolution center. * Early check-in (up to 2pm) and late checkout (up to 1pm) is available for an additional fee of $25, subject to confirmation. * Report any damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee and we will ask for early termination of your stay. ANY BREAKING OF HOUSE RULES WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND PRESENTED TO AS PART OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND $0 REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to platform agreement.

Nina was a super responsive host and was always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had a couple issues and she sent someone over immediately to fix it. The location was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We went to Cincinnati for a baseball game. We traveled here to see a game in a different city. Nina‘s apartment was perfect for us. Enough room to spread out, but also cozy and comfortable. It was a great location to get down to the stadium and to see Cincinnati. Nina was highly responsive and very friendly. We had a great trip!

Great place and location. Clean and tidy right off the beaten path. Perfect for walking to TQL stadium for a soccer game or a quick uber ride down to the banks to watch a Reds game if you don’t like the 25 minute walk. Tons of food options and great bars around as well as easy parking options near. 10/10 would stay there again.
