In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front gate, building entry door and unit doors all must be securely closed by you. * We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and, respect for our neighbors and the sanity of our cleaners. * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight. We do not allow visitors of any kind outside of the reservation. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * Pet Policy: No pets allowed. There is a pet fee of $500 per unauthorized pet. * There is absolutely NO smoking, drug use or weapons allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 8a) during your stay. If evidence of any partying is found, we will immediately request a $1000 party fee through the Airbnb Resolution Center. * Early check-in (up to 2pm) and late checkout (up to 1pm) is available for an additional fee of $25 * Report any damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee and we will ask for early termination of your stay. ANY BREAKING OF HOUSE RULES WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND PRESENTED TO AS PART OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND $0 REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to platform agreement.

We stayed at Nina’s Airbnb to watch our daughter run the Flying Pig Marathon. It was a great location right by Washington Park, TQL Stadium and all the fabulous OTR restaurants. The streetcar stop was literally right in front for easy hopping on. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a pasta dinner on pre race night. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked. You do have street noise but that is very common downtown. We found the 3cDC parking lot right next door super convenient to come and go on daily rate

I felt like i lived in OTR from this relaxed and cozy apartment. I adored my time with my kids exploring Findlay Market nearby and grabbing a bubble tea on foot. I appreciated the communication from Nina and co-hosts about check-in and parking. We cooked all our meals in the well set up kitchen. The added touches of coffee and tea made my mornings perfect. My kids and I played checkers with the set in the apartment and watched movies together when it rained. Thanks for sharing your sweet spot on Airbnb 🙌 We love Cincinnati and will be returning!

Nina and company were excellent hosts. They were responsive to any of my inquiries and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. The apartment was centrally located to all points of interest. I highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Cincinnati.

Fantastic stay! Nina and the other Airbnb host/helpers were very helpful and quick to respond with questions. With the season change a bit of dust came out of the AC when we turned it on and the handy man was out to clean it very promptly and was super nice with some tips on local places to check out. It was cozy, clean, very nice looking and super convenient location. Definitely recommend!
