Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. + PARKING a) Reserved Parking: We offer parking in a reserved private parking lot near the property. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The building entry door and unit door all must be securely closed by you. * We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight guests. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * No pets allowed. * There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO WEAPONS on or inside the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 8a) during your stay. * Early check-in and late checkout are available for a fee. * Report damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. * For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to the platform agreement.

This was a clean, spacious apartment in Over the Rhine, which was within walking distance to a number of great cafes, bars, and restaurants. Nina was always excellent to communicate with and was extremely responsive. Would recommend!

I would definitely stay here again! Very clean, nicely decorated, “homey” apartment. Super comfortable king size bed with laundry and walk-in closet. Nice location right next to the stadium. You can actually hear the Star-Spangled Banner and see the fireworks. Extremely walkable location with amazing restaurants 5-7 minutes away.

We loved the location. Only a few blocks from the Findlay Market. Great restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and everything we needed. We had an issue with the door opening, but they were on top of it and made sure we were taking care of.
