There's a flight of stairs to climb once you enter the unit. + The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. + NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes). Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and potential cancelation of booking. There's no smoking on the deck either. + PARKING: There's available street parking in the neighborhood. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules: * Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front needs to be pulled shut completely so that the smart lock turns the deadbolt. * We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) * Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight. No outside visitors are allowed. * No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. * The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. * Pet Policy: No pets allowed. There is a pet fee of $500 per unauthorized pet. * There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. * NO WEAPONS on or inside the property. * NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 7a) during your stay. If evidence of any partying is found, we will immediately request a $1000 party fee through the resolution center. * Early check-in (up to 2pm) and late checkout (up to 1pm) is an additional fee of $50. Let us know if you would like to request this service and we will see if we can accommodate. * Report damages immediately. * THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee and we will ask for early termination of your stay. ANY BREAKING OF HOUSE RULES WILL BE DOCUMENTED AND PRESENTED AS PART OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND $0 REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES. * We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to the platform agreement.

Nina' place worked perfectly for us. King size bed comfortable; master bedroom spacious; place clean. The "lower level" is a second story walk-up. We loved the Mt Adams historic neighborhood which is walking distance to a beautiful park, art museum, play house and conservatory. City center and OTR are easily accessible with a short Uber/drive. Neighborhood established we recommend: Breakfast at Bow Tie Cafe, pizza at Your Mama's and late evening music at Blind Lemon.

I enjoyed Nina’s place! Cute and cozy! The Mt. Adams area is great to walk around! The coffee shop is less than 5 mins away! The only downside was parking. It’s all street parking and there may not be a spot in front of the home. I’d definitely stay here again! I didn’t pay attention to the fact that there isn’t onsite laundry. There is a laundromat in walking distance but we didn’t have to use it!

Great location in the heart of Mount Adams! Plenty of room to spread out in the apartment with two separate hang out areas. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the Mount Adams area…

Nina’s place was great. Walkable to lots of Mt. Adam’s night life. Street parking was fairly easy and never had to park more than a block away. I would definitely stay here again.
