Great place clean peaceful and relaxing got much needed rest before getting back to my normal routine. Close to the only gas station and a small corner store didn’t need to travel for anything and washer dryer came in handy. Would recommend this place to anyone long or short visit I will be back

Had the best time and loved how it was walkable to a lot of great restaurants and shops. It is noisy at night but that is stated in the description and they also offer ear plugs and a sound machine. Nothing you can’t block out!

Place was great, we stayed there because it was close to the TQL stadium and it was perfect. The connector was also a great benefit of the city and we were able to see a lot more places because of this! Definitely recommend this home to anyone!

Last minute trip and we found this gem. We were there for a soccer game, stadium is literally down the block. Walked in and immediately felt at home. The place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and spacious for our family of 5. We traveled with our kids ages 4-11. Street car is free and across the street. Findlay market is about 2 blocks away, walking distance. Washington Park is also about 1-2 blocks away. Park has splash pad and play area for kids. Thanks to Nina and her team for always replying to my messages promptly. Thanks for being flexible on parking space and extending our time a bit more so our family could enjoy the park on our last day. Do not hesitate to book this place. We will be back 🥰

This is the cutest little unit with a beautiful view of the city. Because the space is kind of “underground”, there were a lot of little critters like centipedes, but they weren’t a problem for me, just a heads up. Not really anything the host can do about that! We were also provided an extra mattress topper for the pull out bed, which was appreciated, but it’s still a pull out so again; not much the host can do. But it was still a great little place to stay and I would recommend it!

I had a great stay here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. The location was convenient, and everything worked perfectly during my stay. I had no issues at all and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was just as it was described and I have never experienced better communication from a host! Being right near TQL and the light rail made getting around the city very easy.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at Nina's cool apartment in Cincinnati! A few highlights...cool view, great location/neighborhood, tidy space, nice amenities and a very accommodating and responsive host. We will stay here again when in Cincy.

I definitely had a great stay. The place was very clean with lots of space. Nina was a great host and I would definitely recommend if you’re in town to stay at her place. It felt like home to me. If you was to ask me would I stay at that apartment again my answer would have to be yes for sure.

Very responsive hosts - I think the response time was 10 seconds max - very fast! Hosts were very friendly and helpful and again so quick to respond. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pics. We loved having a parking spot - it made life easy! Nice stay and cute place with lots of amenities.
